At the worktable

Row 17 of 40, on the tablet by your lamp.

Companion view is the pattern stripped down to the row you are beading. The current row is lit on the grid and spelled out as a word chart underneath; tap next when it is on the thread.

Open a pattern on your tablet →Companion view is on the Maker and Artisan plans.

The row, and nothing else

Finished rows dim. The next one waits.

Big type, big targets, a progress bar. Made for a tablet propped against the bead mat and a hand with a needle in it.

Between sessions

Stop at row 17 on Tuesday. It is row 17 on Thursday.

Your place is saved with the pattern, not with the device. Bead on the tablet tonight, check a row on your phone at lunch, and the row counter is the same in both.

Reads the way the stitch is worked

Loom rows read left to right. Peyote and brick rows alternate direction, left then right, so the word chart turns when you do.

Codes, not colors

The row says 4 DB0351, not “four cream”. The tube on the mat has the same code on its label, so there is nothing to translate under a lamp.

Design on the laptop, bead on the tablet

Companion view opens the pattern as it was last saved. Fix a bead on the laptop and the tablet has the fix the next time you open the row.

Design tonight. Bead it tomorrow.
